The trunk is show quality finished in the factory material lining for a clean and show appearance. The undercarriage is rock solid and intact form bumper to bumper. Thunderbird seating is very comfortable and inviting with its heavy material and wrap around design. The dash and instrumentation are like new and chrome bezels on the dash have been replated and set it off. The factory bucket seat interior is in exceptional condition. Power steering, power brakes and air conditioning makes cruising enjoyable. The power plant was rebuilt at the time of the restoration. The 390 engine runs smooth and looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line. The Black Landau top is in great condition. We have receipts for $5000.00 in chrome replating alone which really sets this car off. The blue metallic paint is smooth and has a beautiful shine.
This beautiful bird had a very extensive restoration in 2002 and has been shown, driven and enjoyed and meticulously maintained since. The new distinguished look for Thunderbird in 1964 made it the top seller in its segment and still extremely desirable today with its unmistakable lines and masculine chrome grill.
